MIKE KERR

Kerr Controls Inc. was founded in 2001 by Mike Kerr, who has worked as a construction industry professional for more than 25 years.
Mike is an Applied Science Technologist and a Certified Journeyman Electrician. He has Diploma of Technology from BCIT in Electronics and Instrumentation, and is a Factory Certified controls technician with training on Reliable Controls, KMC Controls, Delta Controls and other products.
CHAD NICHOL
Operations Manager
Chad is a Certified Journeyman Electrician and a Factory Certified Controls Technician for Reliable Controls and KMC Controls products.
He has been an integral part of the employed at Kerr Controls team since 2005 and has several years of experience as project manager for controls retrofit and installation projects. Chad’s other title is “2IC” and he is a great resource for technical issues.
CHRISTY KERR
Manager Finance and Administration
Christy has over 20 years of experience in financial management, human resources, change management and adaptive communication. She holds a Diploma of Technology from BCIT in Business Administration and is a Prosci Certified Change Practitioner.
In her spare time, Christy is an advocate for employee benefits and a recreational triathlete.
SUZANNE DELLAR
Office Administrator, Dispatch
Suzanne is our rockstar Office Administrator and Dispatch for the Kerr Victoria Head Office.
In addition to her genuine enthusiasm and unmatched attention to detail, Suzanne brings a quick wit and “uniquely British humor” to our office, making it feel friendly and welcoming.
With over 20 years of experience building client relations and maintaining client care protocols in Canada and the UK, she is a wonderful asset to our team.

Office Administrator/Dispatch
Taraneh is our superstar Office Administrator and Dispatcher at the Kerr Vancouver Office.
With her MBA and passion for helping companies to expand their businesses, Taraneh is a great asset and addition to our team. Her daily tasks include; assisting with HR, communicating with clients, scheduling techs, and disseminating info to our entire Vancouver team!
Outside of the office, Taraneh loves to ski and build meaningful connections with the people around her. “Feel right..Live right!”

Felix has a Mechatronics Engineering Degree and several years of experience in mechanical design. His multidisciplinary background is an asset in creating customized, intuitive graphics to optimize the user-friendly interfaces of today's building automation systems.

Doug is a Certified Journeyman Electrician and has lived in the lower mainland for several years. He has several years of previous controls installation experience.
NICK GHERASIM
Controls Technician
Nick is a Certified Journeyman Electrician who relocated to the Island from Saskatchewan in 2016. He has extensive experience installing control systems and electrical equipment for large and small projects throughout Southern Saskatchewan.
He also brings experience in project management, estimating, and business management.

Zach is a first year Electrical Apprentice. He is currently part of the Metro Vancouver team, and has a strong interest in motor mechanics and electrical.
He spends much of his spare time fixing up dirt bikes to flip or ride...and he’s got the scars to prove it.
SAMUEL KERR

Samuel is a first year Electrical Apprentice and a member of our team in Metro Vancouver. Sam enjoys helping people reach the top shelves at grocery stores, but can most often be found working on his Suzuki Cappuccino. It is the smallest car he has been able to find for purchase. So far.

Senior Controls Technician, Dipl.T.
Lee has a Diploma of Technology from BCIT in Electrical and Computer Engineering. He has over 15 years of experience designing, programming, and maintaining HVAC DDC controls, PLC and DCS systems. He has considerable project management experience and is proficient in multiple platforms, including Reliable Controls. Our team always appreciates Lee for his cheerful attitude and his exceptional attention to detail!
