Kerr Controls Inc was the general contractor for the supply, installation, and commissioning of two new air handlers and exhaust systems for the fibreglass and paint workshops at the Patricia Bay site.

We recently completed a controls retrofit at this Victoria office building. Animated graphics now allow complete remote monitoring of the system.

Kerr Controls Inc. has completed several projects at the Victoria International Airport, including; digital controls installation for the Departures Expansion Project, new Airside Operations Centre, and project management and controls for the recently installed Domestic Solar Hot Water System. We also provide ongoing maintenance and repair services for controls, HVAC, and mechanical equipment.

The VEFRA building in Victoria is undergoing a complete controls retrofit to replace an aging system. Kerr Controls is installing a new KMC Controls KMDigital system which will increase energy efficiency and improve comfort for the building occupants.

Students at Cloverdale Traditional School will be more comfortable in September with an upgraded Reliable Controls DDC system, installed by Kerr Controls this summer.

Kerr Controls Inc. has recently completed an energy savings focused retrofit project at the historic Fairmont Empress Hotel in Victoria, B.C., using Reliable Controls networked hardware which includes MACH-ProSys controllers with MACH-ProPoint expansions, as well as a MACH-ProZone component.

The upgraded system has greatly improved the client’s ability to monitor and track energy and water usage, and has resulted in annual savings totaling almost $55,000.
